To Order Securely Online By Credit/Debit Card  
1. Simply
browse the website catalogue and add the items you would like to
your shopping basket by clicking on the "add to basket" buttons.
2. Once
you've added all the items you'd like to purchase, select a delivery
choice from the menu and then proceed to the checkout page & fill
in the required information.
3. You
will be sent a confirmation email once we have received your order.
Your credit/debit card will only be charged once the goods are ready
to send.
4. Once
we receive your order usual stock items will normally be delivered
within 1 to 3 days in the UK (3 to 14 days outside of the UK). We
will send another email to let you know once your order has been
despatched. For out of stock or special order items we will email to
let you know our earliest delivery time.

Please have
your order details & payment information to hand when you call
us. A good way to get your order ready is to add the items to your
basket, fill out your details, print a copy for your reference and
give us a call. We'll need the following information :
1.
Product order code / description of what you'd like.
2. Your
name, address & telephone number.
3.
Payment details - if paying by credit/debit card the card owner must
give us this information. Please have the actual card with you when
calling as we require certain information from the card.
4. Once

To Order by Post with
a cheque
Please make
all cheques/money orders payable to DEAN
ORGANS.
Please write
your cheque guarantee card number name & address on the back of
the cheque. This enables us to despatch your order as quickly as
possible. Please allow for a cheque clearing period (usually 5 to 7
working days).
Please
include your order details with the cheque - Simply add the items
to your basket as normal, proceed to pay for the goods then click on
the "pay by cheque" button. Print the order (keeping a copy
for yourself) and send to us with your payment. PLEASE
ENSURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS & CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER when
ordering by post.
Payment by
direct bank transfer
This method is
usually preferred for large transactions or payments from abroad -
please contact us if you wish to pay by this method.
